It has been awhile since I have been on a healthy exercise and diet schedule. The hiatus has put a lot of weight in my body, I now weigh 215lbs. Eating healthy and getting regular exercise daily should be part of our daily routines in life for the rest of our life. I injured my back and that put a brick wall on my weight loss plan. I just gave up and wanted my back to get better so i can exercise again. That was a bad idea. So i intend to lose all my weight and keep it off for good.
This will be a new fresh start to my weight loss plan.
